For India to emerge as the Technology hub of the world, we need to understand cutting-edge processes, knowledge management and resource utilization. As India transforms into one of the largest economies, creating employment and skills looks like an asset that will drive sustainable growth. The heavy responsibility of educating engineering graduates falls on engineering faculties. Working does not mean that students need to be placed in a job before leaving the College portal. Employability means providing engineering graduates with the necessary skills, communication, leadership, intelligence, work ethic and responsibility.

I shall not again repeat the words of Hon’ble Director and Hon’ble Principal. Fabtech Technical Campus, Sangola recognizes the need to integrate effective research with education to improve educational standards of teaching and quality production. FTC management has decided to encourage research and dialogue with the industry. FTC leadership has created a group to lead the agency, focusing on the progress needed in research and advocacy. The research and consultation policy has been developed and approved by the administration to encourage and support teachers in research and consultancy services.

FTC's current mission is to advance the culture of research by introducing new technologies to industry to enhance student learning, promote collaborative learning by providing a variety of work-related activities, engage students in work-related activities, and encourage faculty involvement, ability to advance customer logic to conduct research. The organization has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with many leading businesses and organizations. It is also expected to establish partnerships with industry/ students/ MNCs/ prestigious institutions where activities can be developed.

Let me conclude my thoughts with a Chinese saying - "If a man is hungry do not give him a fish; make him learn the art of fishing"
